Meet Rachael

Name: Rachael Fagence

Role: Account Manager

History: After leaving school I moved into the banking industry and then on to property where I was a Negotiator in London and later, St Albans.

Experience: I began working in the event’s industry as a hostess, later becoming the Carita events manager in 2016. Recently, I moved into an office based account manager role and now making sure our clients have everything they need before and after our silent auction events.

Biggest challenge: Travelling the world with my sister and surviving in some far out places including sleeping in our car in Australia waiting for the bank of mum and dad to open, was by far the biggest challenge I’ve ever faced!

Interesting fact: I went to circus school. I competed as a gymnast for 10 years and always wanted to be in Cirque du Soleil.
